O local de forma geral é muito bom e bonito, mas nitidamente o quarto precisa de diversas manutenções básicas. O banheiro do quarto que ficamos não tinha nenhuma prateleira, nem dentro do box e nem fora, somente os furos do que antes existia prateleiras e os furos ainda estavam todos abertos, a privada não estava fixada (cada vez que iamos utilizar na hora de sentar e levantar precisavamos tomar cuidado pq ela se mexia e até batia no chão pelo movimento). No quarto em si, diversos furos ou buracos onde existiam tomadas, bem como o armário algumas prateleiras estavam bambas, a disposição do armário também não é das melhores, seria interessante adicionar ao quarto um suporte para mala para os hospedes. Apesar do frigobar tem um mini congelador, esse mini congelador não congelava nada. Por fim, o sinal da TV era péssimo, não pegava canal nenhum, bem como não foi possível utilizar notebook para conectar e assistir a outras coisas pq ela ficava no alto. O café da manhã estava ótimo, comidas boas e ambiente limpo. Eu e meu marido consideramos que valeu a pena pelo valor, pelo café da manhã, área de piscina e pelo atendimento dos funcionários, mas não sabemos se ao voltar para a cidade alugariamos novamente.

A pior experiência que tivemos em Penha, nos colocaram no térreo, no último quarto, não tem rampa de acesso ao local, então precisamos levar as malas erguidas, sem auxio de funcionários, no quarto tinha mofo, lâmpada no chuveiro não funcionava, não havia lixeira no quarto, espelho somente um pequeno e velho no banheiro.
