The hotel is old and looked like it was under construction. The pool was empty, the elevator is tiny and barely fits two people. The rooms have no soundproofing, so you can hear conversations from other rooms. There were ants on the TV table in the room. The whole area around the hotel is under construction. The best restaurants and shops are about a 10-minute Uber ride away. The manager is extremely arrogant. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. There are much better options, like the Mercure, which is in a prime location right in front of the beach and has far better facilities and staff. The online photos are very misleading and don’t reflect the reality of the hotel at all.

Esperava bem mais. Começa com o valor de 84 reais para usar o estacionamento! Achei absurdo. Me disseram que era o valor normal de Balneário, que já fui diversas vezes, e nunca paguei mais de 50 (que já é caro, mas ok, é o valor do local). Ai de noite, numa segunda, havia uma festa no restaurante, musica altíssima, e foi até as 22 horas. Para ir até tarde, deve haver no mínimo algum isolamento, os hóspedes não precisam ficar ouvindo musica alta até as 22. Café da manhã normal, nada demais. Pra completar, o carro demorava para chegar após pedir, mesmo eles dizendo que era rápido. Por 84, deveria haver mais gente para pegar. Não vale o valor.

Muito Boa estadia

Boa estadia com pontos positivos para equipe do hotel , café da manhã, localização e janelas com proteção acústica. Já os pontos que incomodaram foi barulho de hospedes em outros quartos com bate e abre das portas e demais movimentações de moveis nos quartos. O acesso a veículos poderia ser melhor e o valor do estacionamento com valet pouco salgado.
