Hotel muito cheio, elevador quebrou, mais de 15 minutos para descer para o café via elevador, para subir para o nosso quarto no 10 andar esperamos mais de 30 minutos e mesmo assim tivemos que subir as escadas, com uma criança de 2 anos! Para nao perder o check-out, tivemos que descer do 10 andar de novo de escada, com nossa filha e nossas coisas, foi pessimo! Nao recomendo! Para ajudar um dos elevadores quebrou, sobrando apenas 1 que era para 4 pessoas! Imaginem o caos de um hotel com 16 andares!

Razoável, toda vez que entrava no quarto sentia cheiro de umidade, quarto com acabamento ruim, tomadas soltas, portal descascado e avariado, barulho alto quando o quarto ao lado ligava o chuveiro. Café da manhã simples, não tinha requeijão e pouca variedade. Elevador em horário de movimento dificilmente parava no meu andar (1), usava mais a escada mesmo com uma bebê, com carrinho, e uma criança por conta da demora. Não tem gerador no hotel.

Estadia abaixo das expectativas

Dessa vez foi razoável…. Como o local não dispõe de uma COPA para atendimento às famílias com crianças pequenas. Passei todos os dias lavando a mamadeira da minha filha no banheiro, porque logo no primeiro dia fui chamado atenção pela cozinheira do restaurante que não se lavava mamadeira lá e ela tinha aberto uma exceção pra mim no primeiro dia, ou seja, nem pagando por fora lavava. Me deparei com uma barata no quarto no segundo dia. Elevadores são insuficientes para atendimento, ou seja, precisei usar a escada com mais frequência para não atrapalhar meus horários. As camas disponíveis, alem terem colchões duros, alguns pareciam ter uma sensação de buraco no meio deles. As opções do café da manhã deixava a desejar em alguns dias, percebi que existia mais variedade no fim de semana com o hotel lotado e em dias úteis dava uma caída na quantidade de opções. Então dessa vez, o HOTEL deixou a desejar em alguns quesitos e deixo minhas críticas construtivas para melhoria no serviço do hotel.
