Banheiro com cabelo e edredom sujo de sangue

Voltamos ao hotel pela segunda vez porque gostamos muito da primeira experiência, mas infelizmente da segunda não foi boa. Foi péssima. Fomos realocados de quarto e ao entrar para tomar banho eu me deparei COM TANTO CABELO, MAS TANTOS que eu tive que usar um rolo inteiro de papel higiênico para tirá-los para q eu pudesse enfim usar o banheiro. Ou seja, a limpeza do hotel é algo básico e nem o básico foi possível atingir. E para fechar com chave de ouro, na manhã seguinte (que eu já dormi agoniada por saber que estava em um quarto imundo) tinha GOTAS DE SANGUE NO EDREDOM QUE EU DORMI! Claro que eu tirei foto e fui na recepção exigindo que uma limpeza muito boa fosse feita e que tudo fosse trocado para que eu pudesse pelo menos dormir a última noite (já que outros hotéis estavam lotados, pq sim pensei imediatamente em trocar desde que cheguei). Quando voltei ao hotel aí sim, os lençóis, toalhas e edredom haviam sido trocados e consegui dormir um pouco melhor. Infelizmente não volto mais nesse hotel. Mas apesar de tudo quero deixar meu agradecimento a atendente Vicki que se prontificou para que as faxineiras dessem a devida atenção ao meu quarto para limpeza. Mas não volto nunca mais.

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, bem mantido e limpo. A primeira impressão do atendimento foi ótima quando fomos recepcionados, no entanto a mesma gentileza não se estendeu aos demais recepcionistas nos outros dias, perguntar uma coisa ou até mesmo pedir uma toalha não foram boas experiências. A localização é muito boa pra quem tem o foco de visitar o Beto Carrero pq fica no meio do caminho entre o parque e Balneário.

Primeira vez que eu, meu esposo e nossa cachorrinha, nós hospedamos no Hotel 10 Itajaí. Foi apenas uma noite, foi uma parada no trajeto da viagem, pela manhã tomamos um café maravilhoso e seguimos viagem. Excelente hotel em todos os aspectos, recomendo. Com certeza iremos voltar a se hospedar nele.

Café da manhã péssimo.

Chegar para tomar café dentro do horário divulgado pelo hotel (30 minutos antes de encerrar) e encontrar apenas restos de comida, com tudo vazio ou estragado no buffet é péssimo. Então se for se hospedar, não conte com o café da manhã. Quando cheguei para comer, já estavam limpando para encerrar, ignorando o horário e os hóspedes que estavam ali.

Ambiente Organizado com Atendimento Excepcional

O local é bem organizado e os atendentes são excepcionais. A limpeza estava impecável. O único aspecto que precisa de atenção é a porta, que estava difícil de fechar e fazia um barulho incômodo. Era bom mas caiu muito a qualidade

Estive nesse hotel ha dois anos atras e era bom, porem em minha estadia em Junho de 24 achei que caiu muito a qualidade. Os quartos ainda estao ok, mas precisam de melhorias e reformas. O cafe da manhã deixou muito a desejar, nos dois dias que ficamos não havia reposição de coisas basicas, como pão frances e queijo, a atendente informou que o que acabou nao tinha mais reposição, no primeiro dia, nem prato tinha e quando colocavam, colocavam 5 pratos, ou seja não dava conta, parecia que as atendentes não queriam ter o trabalhar de lavar. Restaurante tambem estava bem sujo e necessitando de manutenção, enquanto as atendentes ficavam so conversando e ouvindo musica. Bom era um hotel que achavamos otimo custo beneficio mas que atualmente não indicaria mais.

Começando pelo chuveiro, que molhava todo o banheiro, o jato estava totalmente direcionado para o box e me molhava inteira antes mesmo de entrar no chuveiro. Tinha barata no quarto no último dia. Opção de jantar no restaurante bastante precária, cardápios antigos e mto básico.

Pior banheiro de hotel.

O quarto era grande e confortável, silencioso e limpo. Contudo, as cortinas eram pequenas e não funcionavam como black out e tivemos uma péssima experiencia com o banheiro, pois a descarga não funcionava direito e nada ia embora, mesmo depois de dar varias descargas. Passamos 2 dias num quarto sem condições de usar o banheiro.
