Serviço muito aquém do nível do hotel. Pouquíssima flexibilidade da recepção/demais funcionários para atender pleitos simples dos hóspedes e que fariam a estadia melhor. Demoras em arrumações de quarto, serviço de carro no transporte interno, erros nos pedidos dos restaurantes, comunicação falha (não avisaram que no domingo o café iria até mais tarde, não fizeram tour pelo hotel, não explicaram quais eram as melhores rotas internas ou atividades existentes), exigências descabidas (como ter de ir à recepção, no meio da tarde e em momento que estávamos na praia, para fazer o pagamento de uma noite adicional que havíamos contratado ao invés de esperar quando passássemos lá para o jantar ou de enviar link de pagamento). São só alguns exemplos de como um período que poderia ser de máximo relaxamento acaba sendo prejudicado por “bobagens” derivadas do mau serviço do hotel.

Lugar maravilhoso, só peca no serviço.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Sugar lindo, aconchegante, mas confesso que esperava mais do serviço. Na praia os pedidos demoravam muito p chegar, quando não chegavam errados. Passamos o fds esperando uma bolinha de frescobol, não havia em lugar nenhum no hotel. São pequenos detalhes que para o padrão do hotel, normalmente não se tem esse tipo problema. No mais eh tudo lindo mesmo.

Hotel maravilhoso com infra-estrutura impecável

Hotel maravilhoso! Serviço impecável! As instalações são excepcionais e a praia linda! O spa é o ponto alto do hotel, massagens e paisagens incríveis! O restaurante é muito bom, café da manhã excelente mas para jantar o cardápio é bem enxuto e os preços são bem altos, comparando a preços de restaurantes de alto nivel em São Paulo. Ponto a melhorar: os drinks do bar de praia que achei fraco, esperava algo mais elaborado e com frutas frescas que quase não havia considerando estar na Bahia. Nos quartos bangalô também não há ventilador ou janelas, tem que ficar com o ar-condicionado 100% do tempo, o que me deixou doente pela mudança de temperatura constante entre fora e dentro. Mas o pontos fracos não afetaram a experiência que em geral foi maravilhosa e pretendemos voltar!

Necessidade de melhoras

Hotel maravilhoso, mas com problemas de mau gerenciamento: serviço de restaurante muito lento, em especial no jantar (meu prato veio errado duas vezes); colchões da academia de ginástica imundos e bicicleta ergométrica com peça de ajuste de banco quebrada, impossibilitando o seu uso, o que, em uma academia com poucos aparelhos, é grave; necessidade de limpeza do cortinado, pois havia uns bichos mortos sobre ele, o que só se via com a luz acesa; lâmpada de luminária externa do restaurante queimada durante toda a estadia. Um hotel que se propõe a ser de alto luxo e que cobra elevado valor pela diária não pode incorrer em tais defeitos, deixando a qualidade a desejar. E ao fazer o check-out, ninguém nos perguntou sobre satisfação, tampouco recebemos uma garrafa d’água para a viagem de mais de uma hora até o aeroporto, o que seria de praxe.

Um resort fantástico mas sem gastronomia decente.

Resort com localização fantástica, ótimas instalações e staff muito atencioso. O grande problema é o restaurante, de fraquíssima qualidade e constrangedor para um resort deste nível. Jantámos 2 noites no restaurante e foi tamanha desilusão que decidimos pedir um sanduiche do room service na 3a noite. Culinária dos anos 90, sem alma nem inspiração e carregada nos carboidratos. Depois de um peixe “à portuguesa” onde 2/3 do prato era purê de batata e arroz, de um arroz de polvo onde os temperos descabidos mataram qualquer sabor do polvo e de um suposto “escondidinho de camarão” que na realidade era uma sopa de mandioquinha com uns camarões tristes boiando, desistimos. Precisam enviar o chef para um curso de reciclagem ou então reciclar o chef. Claro que estas criticas têm em perspetiva os preços cobrados (preço michelin mas comida de boteco). Em conversas com outros hóspedes, 9 em cada 10 partilhavam indignação com a gastronomia do resort (porem a praia é tão maravilhosa que ninguém se queixa). Em suma, recomendo vivamente uma estadia no Txai mas evite o restaurante e saia para jantar em outro local!

Completely overpriced

We stayed at this hotel because it was part of Relais & Chateaux. It shouldn’t be. It’s a terrible experience, with rooms that haven’t be renovated in years, with service only in Portuguese and that seem to be there against their will. The food is a disaster. Even the breakfast is tasteless. The whole experience is a suite of disappointments.

Deixou a desejar. Hotel está velho, precisando de uma repaginada, em todas as dependências. Falta música na piscina-tem , mais inaudível. O serviço na piscina encerra as 17:00 hs, daí o hospede fica largado a sua propria sorte, nem agua tem. As noites são tristes, fora o restaurante, com cardápio super reduzido , não tem o que fazer, nem onde ir, porque o hotel fica no meio do nada. Ainda a noite , se você não tiver o auxilio da luz do seu celular, cuidado, é uma escuridão total. Falta muito para um resort de qualidade, como se intitula.
