"I booked a private room with a private bathroom and complimentary water bottles. The place was clean, modern, and had a nice large window. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I think their calmness and patience are among the most valuable qualities in great service. There are good restaurants nearby, and the city is easy to explore on foot. I can’t comment on the TV since I didn’t have time to use it."

"Das Hotel selbst ist sehr nett und die Lage sehr gut. Leider war der Komfort nicht wie erwartet. Das Doppelbett bestand aus 2 zusammengeschobenen Betten, die sich beim Umdrehen im Schlaf von einander entfernten, sodass man immer im Spalt lag. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen gab es nur am ersten Abend, dann wurde es nicht mal lauwarm. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, sehr wenig Auswahl, nur das absolute Minimum und recht lieblos."

"A beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Emanuele, Salvo, and Daniel were excellent! The property cleaning crew is meticulous. Every corner of the room and of the building is spotless and shiny. Lovely seating areas outside of the room to play cards or have a beverage.Very quiet and safe area. Lovely breakfast.
