"J'ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel la veille de mon arrivée. Une fois sur place le lendemain, il n'y a pas de réception, l'immeuble est affreux. Lorsque je tente de contacter le propriétaire, celui-ci me répond qu'il n'y a plus de place, alors que ma réservation a été confirmée la veille. Je remercie cependant Hotels.com qui a su être à l'écoute, réactif et procéder au remboursement. L'agent qui m'a pris en charge a été efficace."
