Holiday Inn Istanbul - Old City by IHG
Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Soap stains on sink surround remained there for the duration of the stay.Only one tea bag for two people had to ask for more on 2nd night of stay. Still did not give any milk for the gave up at that point. Cooked breakfast items were cold limited choice for 22euros ...
