"We had an issue with the staff member - who denied to contact the pizza guy/delivery guy who had been waiting for us in the reception but we were never informed that he was there - so when we went to the reception to find out why the pizza was taking so long, I saw one car leaving when I arrived and only then she informed the guy waited for a while and had just left, so when I asked for her to call him asking for him to return since he was maybe 2 min away, she denied and was very very rude with us. I could not believe - the manager contact us but was way too late then - we had to order for another place and go pick up in the middle of the night as there was nothing to eat at the property. After that our stay was no longer pleasant."

"Si je pouvais mettre 6 étoiles, je le ferais! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique. Le cadre est bucolique, paisible et idéal pour se reposer. La piscine est très agréable et la nourriture excellente. La lasagne est à couper le souffle! Le petit-déjeuner à volonté pour 10 euros était parfait, avec un excellent café. Ma chambre était spacieuse et disposait d’une cuisine, ce qui permettait de préparer des collations ou des repas. Dans mon cas, le petit-déjeuner était inclus, ce qui rend le prix très raisonnable. Le personnel a été formidable. Ils m’ont aidée à trouver et à réserver un taxi pour le lendemain. Je tiens aussi à remercier particulièrement un gentil monsieur d’origine sénégalaise qui étudiait en Italie. Il a retrouvé mes médicaments que j’avais échappés de ma bourse et a pris le temps de me les rapporter. J’ai vraiment apprécié sa gentillesse et son attention. Je vais certainement y retourner avec mon mari. La prochaine fois, je louerai une voiture pour explorer la Toscane. J’ai beaucoup voyagé en Italie, mais les paysages verdoyants de la Toscane ont un charme incomparable. Je pourrais facilement y passer une semaine pour me ressourcer. Tout était parfait. "We had an excellent 1 night stay. The hotel is located in beautiful setting among the Tuscany hills with an easy 40 minutes drive south of Florence. IThe property sits an olive orchard directly below to a picture perfect Chianti vineyard. The views of the Tuscan hills at sunset and sunrise were spectacular. The registration process was quick and easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. He walked us to our room to make sure we were happy with our accomodations. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the view of the Tuscan hills through the olive trees was pretty. After a bit of exploring in the August heat, we settled into the hotel bar for a cold beer and light snacks. The nice young lady who served us, Sophia, was so friendly and eager to chat with us about our travel experiences. We had dinner at sunset on the hotel terrace. The food, wine, and service were all excellent, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast on the terrace was also excellent with plenty of fresh, interesting, and tasty choices. It was a memorable 5 star hotel in every way."

"We arrived early and expected to wait until check in at 4pm however we were met by a delightful young man at recent that came to our car to collect our luggage and then proceed to take us to our accommodation. The accommodation was spotless and roomy we had lots of wardrobe space and room to move around. The pool was well set out into the grounds and there was plenty of sun loungers, bathing towels were provided. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of selection. The staff were always friendly and happy to bring food to your lounger. We participated in the sound bath and yoga sessions and took a massage and body peel treatment of which both were amazing and had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant. We will definitely be back if I had to comment on anything negative it would only be that the toilet flush was a little awkward at times however this did not impact our stay it was amazing all round. "The staff was SO helpful as soon as we checked it! We got great recommendations for dinner and small towns to visit in the area. Our room had the BEST view. The pool was so nice and the breakfast buffet was perfect! We loved our morning cappuccinos and all the fresh fruit and pastries. It was especially nice to get a discount at the winery - well worth the short drive!"
