"Wonderful Hotel with very kind and helpful staff. "

"We got to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. The concierge was super, and gave us ideas of what to do in St. Moritz. He offered a taxi ride in the morning which would take 10-15 min for $70 CHF. We declined. When we came back the receptionist was not helpful, room was not that great, and we were given no information for dinner, wifi, etc. It felt like we were bothering her. Suggest staying elsewhere, for the amount of money you pay. At least get a good view....."

"Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Pontresina. I spent a week skiing in the area and this was the perfect homes base for me. Clean, modern rooms and a very friendly staff. "

"Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was even better than in the restaurants in the city, and the breakfast had a great variety. The service was excellent, dinner was brought directly to our room. There is also a ski bus that takes you to and from the slopes. We had a fantastic vacation."
