"This hotel is old and dirty, The staff is not friendly and there are no towels at the pool, and when asked at t he front desk I was told they don't give out extra towels. I would not stay at this property "

"I was disappointed from.the time I walked in. I checked in at 6 p.m in which I calles hours before arrival to let the hotel know that I would be checking in after 3. Looks as though the gentlemen was sleeping and did not properly greet me. Some other occupants were loud. Someone above me was banging on the door at 4a.m yelling for a woman to open the door. I could not wait to leave the property. The only reason I stayed was because I travel over 200 miles and just need a peaceful one nights rest and un fortunately I did not purchase the protection plan. I will NEVER consider staying here again "

"My first room had leaves on the floor, we shrugged it off. Shower and tub was full of rust we tried to shrug that off. I notice hair on my bed spread and pull my sheets back, there was DIRT AND HAIR AND SOME SORT OF SUBSTANCE on my BED SHEETS AND PILLOW. I cant call concierge because theres no phone, check the other bed and theres hair there too. I call from my cell they say are you sure? They send the assistant property manager in and she asks to see it. I show her and get asked if I ME MYSELF MADE THE MESS?! NO! They say theyll give us a new room I wait thirty minutes and then have to go to the front desk to find out what room and get a new room key? Other room has clean beds but dirt on the table and chairs and counter. I cleaned it myself this time and gave up"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. All of the areas I visited (gym, laundry) were clean and functioned well, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. My only suggestion would be to have self-serve coffee and tea available in the lobby for longer periods. When I went down around 10am, the station had already been removed. I will definitely return when I'm back in the area."
