I was also traveling with my dog, and the only thing separating our balcony from the neighboring balcony was a metal railing with gaps wide enough for my dog to fit through, which made me feel very unsafe.
I genuinely feel that I was misled by the description of a “partial ocean view.” I paid approximately $1,000 for two nights, and the room I received did not match the reasonable expectations created by that description."
