"This place is really great! The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out to us was the tropical animals in the Atrium area. That is such a unique touch and honestly one of the main things that made this place memorable for our family.
The entire property was very well kept, clean, and family friendly. The indoor pool was a nice size, and my kids had a great time swimming. The arcade/game room was also a fun addition. The only downside was the pricing for the arcade games. We originally thought it would be complimentary, so it was a little disappointing to realize it was an additional cost. Even knowing that, it still felt a bit pricey, especially for families with multiple children since the cost adds up quickly if all the kids want to play.
The ocean view was beautiful, but I honestly can’t imagine the view being nearly as nice from a lower floor. If the ocean view matters to you, I would definitely recommend requesting at least a 5th-floor room.
