"The room was fine for what we needed. The only thing that put us off in bathroom was clumps of hair on bathmat ...put us off using it in shower. Staff were always helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Sat in lounge a while but I had a child with me so didn't really use bar apart from a couple of soft drinks ...although everyone was very tolerant of a 10-year-old in the bar/lounge. I would certainly come again"

"We really liked the hotel feel our twin room with ensuite had. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a great selection of food in the kitchen for breakfast and we appreciated the complimentary coffees. Although we knew in advance about the bar downstairs, the only down side of the stay was that the music coming up through the floor was quite loud."
