"My stay at the hotel was great, with the exception of valet parking. I did early check-in, and nowhere on there or on the website did it say "first-come, first-served" for valet parking. In my mind, when you pay to reserve the spot it's yours. My dog has congestive heart failure, and my mom has MS, so we cannot walk blocks and blocks for a parking space. For their credit, they did not charge us a pet fee or for parking in light of that. Disappointed nonetheless. "

For our short stay this wasn't a big problem, and the front desk staff was helpful and offered to take care of these issues."
