"We were very pleased with this property. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely welcome package and cosy warm on arrival. It had everything we needed and was central for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend 1 Marine Place for a perfect stay on Bute"

"For a one-off stay on the basis of a bed for he night, it was OK. No toilet in the room so had to use a communal one with the flush not working and no toilet paper & little soap left in the pump.
