"Can not fault the Corrie Hotel , room was clean ,staff very friendly ,meals were very good, tho we didnt have a dog with us it was very pet friendly "

"Room had mould around windows and bathroom shower screen. Shower head not cleaned as very rusted. Toilet was very loose and grime around where it’s had previous silicon around it. Heavy dust on shelves as well as spider webs around windows. Hairs on bed. Not ours and got a hair in my breakfast pancakes. Again not mine as it was pulled back into a bun. Reported to staff. Was assured someone would contact me. They never did. The wedding I was attending was good apart from spelling the newly wedded couples name incorrectly "

"Had a lovely stay. Breakfast staff were attentive and very friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order and arrived quickly.The leisure suite is a bit tired (jacuzzi was out of action, and looked like it had been for a while) however, this did not detract from the overall relaxed vibe of a charming old hotel. We would stay again."

"Beaitiful castle in a stunning setting. The rhododendrons were all in bloom and there are magical walks along the paths through the grounds to the nearby island. Dinner and breakfast were delicious with fresh local produce. Staff were all lovely to us and we had a really special weekend. "

"We have just had the most incredible stay since the minute we arrived on Friday. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Jasmine in the Spa is deserving of a special mention. As someone who rarely gets treatments, I was very unsure of myself she immediately put me at ease as well as delivering the most relaxing salt scrub. The pool afford fantastic views of the course and sea, which this weekend were wild with white horses racing to shore. The food in both eateries was exceptional, the burrata and blood orange and absolute revelation. And as for the cocktails, the perfect cherry on top- highly recommend the Smugglers Trail and the Slanj n Slainte. Thank you for an incredible stay, we are already looking forward to our next stay. "

"Fantastic location if you are visiting Arran. Met on arrival and check-in was no problem. Room was perfect for what we needed and very clean...only tiny issue was the toilet which took AGES to re-fill and was a bit noisy. Breakfast was great and the one member of staff who we dealt with - sorry, didn't ask a name - was absolutely superb, chatty and very efficient. Thank you and would defo use again."
