"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "This is a really beautiful little hotel in a historical building. Our room (Junior suite) was just gorgeous and very much in keeping with the historical ambiance while the bathroom was highly modern with a great shower. A beautiful inner courtyard invites for reading a book or having a glass of wine while the terrace outside comes to life with locals in the evening. An ideal place to stay as a convenient halfway point between the Basque mountains and Bilbao (bus leaves half-hourly right outside the hotel, and there's trains too)."
