"Poor experience at check in Arrived at 11am (didn’t expect room to be ready) but I would expect to be allowed to park and maybe use the pool. I was told to come back at 330pm I asked for advice on what or where I could go until then maybe thinking I’d be given some local ideas etc, I was just met with a shrug. Came back at 330pm. Room not ready, finally was given key at 4pm. Reception smelt of cigarettes, awful. Room was clean, pool is lovely. But I wouldn’t stay here again, customer service was poor, previous guests of our room had smoked outside and the stubs remained outside our room. For the money we paid for a two night stay I’ve stayed on some amazing top resorts in Florida. This is more of a motel in my opinion. Other guests we met from the states seemed to love the place. However for ourselves we felt aside From the pool it was a pretty low quality place, with poor customer service. Maybe you will love it. We didn’t. Family from UK."

"We loved everything about our stay at Inn at the Beach in Venice. Our room was perfect and we were steps away from the beach. Housekeeping is top notch. We enjoyed walking to the Venice Community Park to play tennis, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location in beautiful Venice. We will definitely be back!"
