Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Clean was very clean. Staff need to respect their job; they are not at home. The outdoor pool is fine Breakfast was terrible, something happened there, diarrhea every day after the breakfast, don't go to the buffet. Steak house, seriously? We are never back at any RIU Hotel

Resort was clean and staff great but a different kind of resort for sure. I did not like the really loud music playing until 2am below my room nightly. i don't mind partying late but to hear in your room this late every single night was tough
