"Really enjoyed our stay at this quaint little island getaway. At first we thought it was going to be a slow paced relaxing few days, which it can be, but the addition of day passes, guests and excursions made it even more enjoyable. The best part is the staff and owner however. The latter is on property with his dogs and the entire staff was extremely helpful even working through our limited knowledge of Spanish. DYLAN at the front desk took care of anything and everything we needed. Great change of pace. Thank you!!"

"Cela a l’air bien sur les photos mais c’est du camping confortable en fait… Le personnel était respectueux mais nous avons dû quitter les lieux et trouver un hôtel à côté pour dormir car cela n’était pas du tout le séjour qu’on avait en tête. Attention aux photos! Il n’y a ni clim, ni moustiquaires (présence d’un ventilo sur pieds). A part la chambre l’hôtel n’offre aucun autre espace de chillage vraiment à part la salle à manger. Juste une chambre dans laquelle dormir et un 3min de marche en pleine brousse pour accéder à la plage où il n’y a ni transats ni serviettes ni ombrelles pour vous accommoder. Ce n’est pas du tout l’escapade sur une île à laquelle on s’attendait en se basant sur les photos."

Traveling with my wife and our young daughter, we were looking for a seamless mix of high-end luxury and family-friendly comfort, and this property delivered on every single front. The facilities are pristine, the views are breathtaking, and the level of service is truly world-class. The staff went out of their way to ensure our family was completely taken care of, making the entire experience effortless and relaxing. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an elevated and memorable coastal getaway."

"Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Fénix Beach siempre ha sido espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegas, el lugar transmite tranquilidad, buena energía y una vibra perfecta para desconectarse de la rutina y realmente descansar. El ambiente es increíble. La combinación de la playa, la música, los espacios del hotel y la atención hacen que la experiencia se sienta muy especial. Es de esos lugares donde uno puede simplemente relajarse, disfrutar el momento y pasar tiempo de calidad en pareja. El servicio merece una mención aparte porque todo el personal es extremadamente amable y atento. Siempre están pendientes de cada detalle y hacen que uno se sienta bien recibido durante toda la estadía. La comida también es deliciosa. Todo lo que probamos tenía muy buen sabor, buena presentación y se nota el cuidado que le ponen a la experiencia gastronómica. Definitivamente se ha convertido en uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos en Cartagena para escaparnos unos días, descansar, disfrutar juntos y salir renovados. Súper recomendado para parejas que quieran vivir una experiencia diferente, tranquila y con un ambiente espectacular."
