Boat arrives before checkin time, and after checkout time. Be prepared for that. Breakfast starts at 7:00. Staff is very friendly and helpful."
"This hotel needs to do better. The AC in my room wasn’t working properly and the restaurant did not have at least 50% of the items of the menu. We left one day before, because we needed to fully enjoy our time of vacation. Perhaps, not only for this hotel, but for all the hotels in las Islas del Rosario, the transportation is a scary ride, way too many people in the boats."

He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist.
