"Great first impression, lobby is beautifully presented and smells lovely, check in nice and relaxed with seats and drinks! Room was fantastic, very spacious, great sea view (especially at sunrise!), comfy and large bed, clever and well thought out controls. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, lots of options every night with different themes giving plenty of variety, and always some plain options for picky eaters Pool and bar/grill area was great, with more tasty food and gorgeous views over the beach. Hydrothermal circuit in the spa was lovely and relaxing, we particularly liked the recommended order to help those less experienced get the most benefit, and the pool had so many different features that gave massage-like experiences. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and spoke good english"

"This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed making it convenient to charge your devices. Overall very good."

"The staff canโt do enough for you, they accommodated my wifeโs dairy intolerance allowing her to enjoy the dining experiences. The gym is of a really high standard - especially for a hotel gym. The amenities in the room are amazing, from flip flops to a beach bag. The room was always clean to a high standard. I wish the parasols around the pool area (we sat in the reserve area) were of a better standard as we had to keep annoying the lovely man by the pool to keep putting it up for us. The all inclusive package is outstanding. So many lovely places to sit and chill (and hide from the windy weather), we always felt we had enough space to relax and enjoy a drink. A huge shout out to Rahul. We look forward to coming back."
