"Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the pool area. The pool water was very warm, which made it less refreshing, and there wasn’t any shade over the pool, so it was difficult to stay out there for long in the heat. Adding shaded areas would make the pool experience much more enjoyable. More or an adult hotel as well. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay."

"Liked the location and the building. Most restaurant staff were prompt and attentive. The concierge section needs improvement with the bell boy and younger staff. Several items of concern required 2 and 3 reminders to accomplish requests. Property Manager was very helpful and sincere to improve in certain areas."

"We had a beautiful time at the Mirage. Everything was clean and the staff is above and beyond. The food was amazing and the entertainment was A+. The butlers Luis and Lalo were fantastic. My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back."

"Pros: clean and spacious room (grand family privileged swim out), hotel areas were spacious and great, beach was great Cons: average food, insufficient staff at bars, restaurants, spa. Fridge in room wasn’t working upon arrival and leak in bathroom sink. They were fixed but for the price this should not have happened. Fifth avenue stores were a disappointment, first time I leave without buying anything."
