"The resort is clean and the food is very good with a variety. It is also nice there is plenty of space around the pool and beach. My biggest issue is we had to buy sunscreen from the gift shop. Two bottles were $89. I realize you pay a premium on location but this seems excessive. Overall a great resort just bring your own sunscreen. "

"Stayed in the adults only "elegance" area for 7 nights. Melissa, our butler, was wonderful. Very communicative with all the goings on around the resort, telling us which restaurants were open/closed, offering to make reservations for us, even popping up to our room while we were at dinner for our nightly aromatherapy scent...a very nice extra touch. Room was clean, big, and well appointed. No issues at all. Staff make it stand out as a great place to go. Food was well above average compared to the 6+ other all inclusives we've stayed at in Mexico. "

"The hotel itself is very nice, but it’s located in a pretty remote area, so you won’t be able to walk to nearby tourist spots. It is adults-only, which is definitely a plus if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. The food, however, was a bit disappointing. The buffet was lackluster and didn’t stand out. That said, the Italian restaurant was the best dining option in my opinion. One of the highlights of our stay was our server, Nelly. She truly made the experience special. She seemed to genuinely enjoy her job, remembered our preferences, and often had our table set up with our usual items before we even asked. That level of attention made a big difference. Overall, it was a good stay and a great hotel if your goal is to relax and unwind."
