"This resort is amazing. The restaurants were so good and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We had a couples massage and hydrotherapy. The spa was really good as well. We will definitely be back. The beach was beautiful and it never felt crowded."

"This was our second time ever staying at a resort, first time in Mexico. The property itself is beautiful - everything feels new, clean and luxurious. There is sooo much space - you will not have a problem finding a chair at the pool, and the beach always seemed to have 90% of the chairs empty. The food here was great - we didn’t have one bad meal and they put a lot of attention to the service. We reserved for the speakeasy which was a fun experience worth trying if you’re a club member. The rooms were spacious - we got the junior suite with a private pool which I recommend. The two story suites that have a pool are nice and have nice views but the pool is literally a plunge pool that goes up to your knees, so not very swimmable. Cons: the excellence club upgrade is not worth it in my opinion. We spent all of our time at the main pool as it was more lively - the excellence pools were very quiet. We also probably enjoyed Magna one of the EC restaurants the least out of all. The resort is verrrry quiet. This is def a couples RELAXED resort. We weren’t looking for a club like resort but this resort really only had the martini bar for late night options which is the hotel lobby bar and the sports bar. The sports bar hardly ever had anyone in it (it’s also located behind the steps from the martini bar) and the martini bar starts closing down at 11. We were always the last at the bar and it’s practically dead at that time. Keep that in mind when booking."

"The Majestic Elegance was Elegant as its name states! The Staff was friendly, kind and helpful in every way, everyday! The plethora of food options was appreciated, even a bit overwhelming. I loved that they had places to get snacks and food throughout the day, just hated that you couldn't take them in Togo plates back to your room, or togo cups for my smoothies (so maybe they need to add that to the togo menu on some way). Tons of weddings taking place everyday, but wish they had prepared better for my friends wedding because the food got rained on due to a storm coming in and their reception being outside.... someone should have definitely been in charge of watching the weather and addressing the food... too much money spent to not! Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the free restock of room water, drinks and snacks each morning was greatly appreciated! Each day comes with an assortment of activities, giving the resort a cruise ship feeling. Great hotel, would go again!"

"The property was clean and the staff was very nice, however, my room smelled like mildew, the food and drinks were 4 out of 10. No seasonings were included or provided with the food. The steakhouse on the property had no AC. The drinks were okay."

"Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa, superó mis expectativas, nos recibieron con champagne 🥂, el hotel hermoso y extremadamente limpio, la comida deliciosa, todas personas de servicio muy amables. Lo único que sugerimos es que las personas que intentan agendar masajes al llegar al hotel no presionarán tanto, fue un momento incómodo e hizo que rechazáramos el servicio totalmente. Por lo demás todo perfecto mil estrellas. Definitivamente regresamos pronto ❤️ GRACIAS"
