"No one speaks English, so cant help or explain anything. Many times my brother and husband had female staff walk into the men's restroom and clean while they are urinating!! The food had hair and finger nails in it several times, food was very poor testing, raw, poor quality. The liquor seemed watered down in 2 of the bars. They allow vaping at the beach bars. Worst resort I ever went to and I have travelled to 11 previous in Cancun with nothing like this."

"We recently stayed at your resort and unfortunately had several issues that impacted our overall experience. We booked a room with two queen beds but were given a room with only one king bed, which was inconvenient for our group. Our room accommodated three guests, yet we were only provided with two pool towels. It was a hassle each time we needed an extra towel. Additionally, once you check in, you’re required to bring your towel back daily to exchange it for a clean one. Unfortunately, the towel stations frequently ran out of fresh towels, forcing us to repeatedly check back throughout the day, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Some of the furniture in the room was broken, there was no fan in the bathroom, and only one blanket was provided. We had to request an additional blanket each day for the pullout couch. The food was fair at best and did not meet expectations for a resort of this caliber. There were frequently room service trays left in the hallways for extended periods, often for the entire day, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property. The seaweed conditions on the beach were poor during our stay. Bar service—especially at the pool bars—was consistently slow. While the spa massage service was excellent, the overall spa amenities did not meet expectations. Restaurant reservations were extremely difficult to secure. We booked as early as ou"

"Over all excellent We liked very much service in the room, we enjoyed the food and all amentties We kindly recomand: the procedure of getting into the buffet needs to be revised, as it takes up to 15 minutes to be seated, especially with kids it is not very convinient to wait this much time! Also we recomand to train some of the stuff not to push for tip. As it is all inclusive, tip needs to be optional!"
