Nice and comfortable room. Nice pool. Only a few steps to a secluded beach. The onsite restaurant provided a gorgeous BBQ menu, which was one of the best I've ever had.

ここ数年、毎年泊まっています。部屋も清潔で、寛げるので気持ち良く泊まれます。 夕方に、アカショウビンが来てくれました。ラッキーでした。

ちょっと不便！

周囲に徒歩で行ける飲食店がないのでお酒を飲む人には不向きで結果ホテル内でバーベキューを食べたのですが石垣牛ももも肉でパサパサして不味かった。フロントスタッフの男性と朝食会場の女性スタッフは愛想が無く不親切であったが、バーベキュー会場の女性スタッフは笑顔で感じが良かった。全員見習って改善して欲しい。特に天候が悪かったので余計そう思いました。残念でした。

閑静な環境

スタッフがみなさん本当に親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。グランピングも楽しかったです。毎日するものではないので、普通の食事も選べたらな、とは思います（近くに夜開いているレストランがない）。 送迎バスがありますが、車がないと滞在は難しい場所です。その分静かでいい環境です。 裏のビーチはやどかりがたくさんいて、子供は大興奮でした。漂流ゴミが多いんですが、ひとけがなくて静かで、毎朝散歩しました。 五連泊中一晩、漏電で部屋を変わることになりました。その際も丁寧に対応してくださってありがたかったです。ひとつだけ、宿泊料金が安い部屋にうつったのに、料金の返済がなかったので……いまだになぜだろう？って思います。一応聞いたんですが「料金は変わりません」と。スタッフさんたちにとてもよくしていただいたのでクレームをつけるつもりはありませんが、同じ状況になられた方は交渉する必要があります。（私たちが最初に泊まった部屋はトラブルが多いとのことでした）

今回直前で、追加料金を現地で払いヴィラに変更しました。高級路線でいきたいなら、部屋着も必要だし、トイレのウオシュレットが壊れて使えないなどの不備はありえない、残念でした。それでも立地はよいし、スタッフさんの笑顔には癒されました。スタッフさんはほぼ一人で食事の準備から、翌朝の朝食準備、チェックアウトまで、お一人でされていたので、人材不足なんだろうなと感じました。

非日常を味わえる素敵なホテルでした！置いてあるクレンジング、化粧水、乳液が雪肌精でこれまたビックリ(^.^) 内装、インテリア、お風呂…どれをとってもGOOD！また行きたいです！ ホテル目の前のビーチに行く時の小道もまたまたよかった^_^ おススメです！
