Un appartamento diviso in due con corridoio e cucina/sala in comune. Carina la camera minimal. È stato possibile fare check-in alle ore 23:00. Colazione e qualcosa da mangiare sempre a disposizione. Unica mancanza per gli intolleranti al lattosio la presenza del solo latte di soia, che non digerisco e non ho potuto fare colaZione direttamente in struttura. Sicuramente qualcosa da migliorare ma essendo rimasti solo a dormire e la mattina presto siamo ripartiti è andata bene. Altra unica problematica non dipesa dal proprietario il piano superiore ha avuto problemi con lo scarico e dalle 07 fino alle 8:30 si sentiva acqua scorrere in continuazione. Ma purtroppo non dipendeva da loro ma da chi abitava nella palazzina. Meno male ci siamo dovuti svegliare a quell’ora altrimenti non avrei dormito e mi sarei dovuta rivolgere a loro.

Non si può valutare il piccolo principe perché pur avendo prenotato con largo anticipo,il giorno prima ti invia un whatsapp dicendoti che per motivi non precisati ti ha dirottato su un'utenza di livello superiore. L'utenza una casa vacanze e non un b&b sarà pure stata di livello superiore ma per fare dormire nostra figlia 17nne aveva predisposto un lettino richiudibile da due soldi nella parte bassa della camera (parliamo di una mansarda) e quindi per ulteriori 20 euro in nero ci ha aperto una seconda camera. La colazione sarebbe poi consistita in cornetti in busta e latte e caffè da farsi. Questo perché casa vacanze e non b&b come precisato dalla proprietaria. A questo punto ci siamo pagati la colazione al bar. La tipa ha parlato di overbooking ma noi avevamo prenotato mesi prima. Quindi alla fine colazione già compresa nel prezzo inesistente ed extra di 20 euro in nero. Visto che questa situazione sembra ricorrente direi che il Piccolo principe è altamente negativo

Abbiamo soggiornato sabato 9 luglio 2022, 2 adulti e 2 bambini, l'appartamento molto carino,grande, confort, La pulizia non era il massimo! La signora al check in ci dice x la colazione domani mattina andate al bar x fare la colazione, e invece si presenta al appartamento la mattina dopo con 4 brioche e 4 cappuccini!! Non so se la signora sa che i bambini non bevono cappuccino?

Per problemi idraulici ci hanno spostato presso b and b la contessa, un intero appartamento alle stesse condizioni del piccolo principe. Personale disponibile. Pulizia ottima. Non è in centro ma si arriva tranquillamente a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata! Consigliato per famiglie che hanno.bosogno di spazio in abbondanxa

Buona posizione anche se un po' periferica (il centro è a circa 800m), vicino ad un centro commerciale, banche e qualche bar. È presente la cucina che è un bel plus. Camera matrimoniale con balcone e bagno privato molto piccola (è difficile utilizzare la scrivania) ,tuttavia l'esperienza è davvero eccellente. Abbastanza vicino anche all'università (Pesche)

Uno dei B&B più belli e curati

B&B davvero molto carino. Cura dei particolari e ottima pulizia. Camera accogliente, spaziosa e ben arredata. Cucina in comune con tutto il necessario x la colazione e non solo. Approposito, già dal nostro arrivo per la colazione era tutto disponibile e in abbondanza. Padrona di casa davvero scrupolosa e attenta a tutto. Insomma la struttura è stata promossa a pieni voto. Complimenti davvero il top.
