"This is a great property on Ischia. The view is amazing! Staff was friendly and would shuttle us to the bus stop and other locations. Nice pool and great spa to utilize. The location is on the opposite side from main port, so you need to be aware of getting places."

They had a 5 percent "discretionary" tip added to my bill which came as a surprise. I like to tip myself, which i did while i was there. I asked them ti remove it and they did. Ive stsyed at olenty of places thst have a service fee, which i don't have a problem with as long as its clearly stated before i check in. "Location was excellent, service top, facilities very nice, value for money good. Good breakfast and other hotel services as well. One thing I wasn't all that happy was slightly misleading information about island sightseeing spots and thermal parks info. Part of travelling is like this, must go and find out ourselves what is going on and where. Hotel could have informed as well better
about using efficient bus services from port and to port instead offering expensive taxi services primarily."
