"Very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend. Best 5 star hotel on our italy trip. My family loved it. They had a 5 percent "discretionary" tip added to my bill which came as a surprise. I like to tip myself, which i did while i was there. I asked them ti remove it and they did. Ive stsyed at olenty of places thst have a service fee, which i don't have a problem with as long as its clearly stated before i check in. "I tried to give 5 stars for everything but it does not show on my phone. The hotel is really nice, staff is extremely helpful and we loved the pools and spa! Our trip to Ischia was better because of the service we had at the hotel. Special call out to Antonio and Angelo! We enjoyed getting to know them. The food at the restaurant was very good and nice that breakfast was included. They have a shuttle service which is helpful to get to the buses. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Beautiful hotel with a great beach, stunning view of the castle, great breakfast and the best meal we ate the whole trip was on the rooftop La Lanterna. The people working there couldn’t be nicer and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a superior double with a perfect view of the beach and it was spacious. I wish I had stayed longer."

"This is a lovely hotel. Rooms very clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Claudia and Giovanni at reception were excellent and helped me with a room change and changing my ferry tickets. The restaurant staff were also brilliant. So welcoming and provided excellent service including accommodating specific food requests at breakfast. The beach is nearby with chairs and an umbrella included in stay, bus stop right outside. There is a thermal spa with thermal pools and a steam room. The only thing I would say is the thermal pool gutters could do with abit of a clean. I would recommend this place and would stay again! Thank you!"

"The hotel setting was beautiful with easy access to the pool from the room. The room spec was not completely in line with the rest of the hotel standards, which has an amazing pool area and very attentive staff. It is a short taxi or 20-30 minute walk to the main ports on the island. Breakfast could be presented better but was fine. All in all, a beautiful hotel stay and would recommend."
