"Carlo, the owner is really nice and does its maximum to help. The view from the terasse is just stunning. The breakfast is wonderful and I strongly encourage you to take the dinner option because it was delicious. The room was large and nice but we miss a tea/coffee in room and the pool seems not very well maintained."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean it would have been even better if there was a kettle in the room! The pools were excellent loved the different thermal pools on site, and the jacuzzi at the of the outdoor pool was so relaxing, would definitely come back again!"

"Kristian, the host, greeted me warmly as I was walking up the alley. He quickly grabbed my bag (which was very heavy) and proceeded to walk me to my room. He then led me upstairs to their rooftop patio and pulled out a paper tourist map and showed me all the sights and transportation options. "Very Nice pool but the other facilities and rooms are not great. Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. The shower leaked and the coffee and breakfast were not very appetizing."
