"Subimos al cuarto a las 2:30pm y no habían hecho el servicio, llamamos y ofrecieron hacerlo al momento, nos fuimos y regresamos a las 5:30pm y no estaba realizado el servicio. Tuvimos que volver a llamar y a esa hora fue que lo hicieron. Fue incómodo llegar 2 veces al cuarto y no encontrar toallas ni el cuarto limpio."

"The staff were super helpful. Although it says resort, it is a bit dated, but was conveniently located to where we planned on visiting while on the west side of the island. Overall good experience and served its purpose. Price is a little high for what is offered, but in comparison to what else is available, I'd stay here again if we visit Aguadilla again."
