I've never used a virtual check in, it went smoothly. Rooms were clean but nothing super nice; we didn't expect that though. Comfortable beds and pillows Water didn't get as hot as I would have liked. Would stay here again though

Kiosk check in very impersonal. Overall building condition run down. Room seemed clean, bathroom was old and needed updating. Definitely not worth what we payed for the room. Not going back.

Although we didn’t know what “no front desk” meant when we found the check in machine we almost got the giggles. It was unexpected but the greater was enthusiastic and the check in process was quick and easy.

Not an updated hotel

This hotel needs a major upgrade to the outside. It looks like a prison. Inside there is no lobby basicsally just a walk in area and you check in thru the computer and Im not sure I was talking to a real person or a virtual person. It was not welcoming at all...I would NEVER stay here again. The room was clean. The sheets where old and pilly.

Good place to sleep

Checkin was easy and quick. Hotel was clean. Strong cleaning smell in lobby which was unpleasant. We stayed on night and it met our needs.

Lack of advertised service.

Put a up to date picture of what your hotel really looks like. Your on site staff lady was very pleasant and helpful, especially when our TV was not even hooked up to work. Did not like your robotic check in. Also do not advertise on site coin laundry when you do not have it.

Motel is fine. Just your average motel. Virtual check in is weird. Feels very unwelcoming and leaves you wondering how it would work if there was any kind of issue, needed something or just had a question, luckily we didn’t have to find out. Also, not much of a breakfast area. Don’t remember if it advertised breakfast included or not. If not then I guess it’s just a little bonus which is fine. Just coffee, apples, yogurt and a variety of juices in original stores bottles that I would never drink cause what if someone put something in it or drank out of them or whatever. Yuck. Needs to be a dispenser machine for that. Coffee was also in a regular pot. Wouldn’t drink that either. Place is very centrally located though and right by Kwik Trip which is helpful.

I hate using kiosks. Then we checked in with our service animal and a couple of hours later, they wanted to move us upstairs to a new room. People with service animals are disabled. Stairs are not our friends. I didn't move. Hire English speaking clerks who answer the kiosk. Better yet, get rid of the kiosk. No breakfast. Relatively quiet but there were only about 4 cars in the parking lot. Room was clean and well stocked.

Old hotel property. However, rooms were very clean. Towels need to be updated. They were thin and rather small. Breakfast is only packaged cereal bars and donuts.
