Primero nos dieron una anotación sucia. La señorita nos la cambió. Los colchones y muebles son muy viejos. Cuando entregamos la llave la señorita que nos atendió fue súper amable.

El precio Exelente...un placer utilizar el elevador...alfombras muy sucias....la tarjeta de apertura de puerta no funciona bien...Nunca salio agua caliente....se estancaba el agua en la rejilla de la ducha.......y por ultimo muy prepotente el encargado de Noche (alfredo) se siente el dueño del hotel con una cara amargada.......agradezco la excelente atencion de la Srta. de dia, muy amable y cordial y con una sonrisa en su rostro.

“Me gustó la cercanía hacia la casa de mi mamá”. No me gustó que hay chinches, cucarachas de todos los tamaños, que el agua se salía de la tina y se quedaba el piso del baño un charqueo. Que no hay agua caliente cuando es necesario. Que no hay suficiente luz natural o de focos especiales, todo obscuro. “No aire acondicionado” y ventiladores no suficientes ni buenos. El único elevador con problemas mecánicos, en mal estado. Todo muy sucio, con pelos en las camas y en los pisos. Olían mal las habitaciones (use dos). Porque??? Por que exigí una habitación más abajo por elevador descompuesto, mis rodillas, y por mi hijo discapacitado. (Estuve en piso 6) luego en el tercer piso.Una recepcionista y gerente o encargada siempre con cara de enojo, nada amables. Además lo último: usaron el pretexto de que llegarían dos “grandes grupos y ocuparían todas las habitaciones”… Todo mundo sabe que ese hotel ya no es “real de Minas” como antes, por lo tanto siempre está vacío!! Hablé con otros huéspedes en días pasados y opinaron lo mismo que yo!!! Porque me quedé?? Por la cercanía a casa de mi mamá!!!

El lugar está súper céntrico buenísima ubicación pero creo que le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel ventanas, baño y sobre todo limpieza creo que les hace falta contratar a alguien especializado en plagas lo digo por las cucarachas que ay la verdad el personal se portó demasiado amable excepto el señor que está en la recepción por las noches es un poco altanero es mi humilde opinión
