"The space felt luxurious but affordable for my son and I. Staff were friendly, easy check in and out. Shuttle was efficient but the road works caused a slow commute to international airport."

"We found the hotel somewhat run down, definitely in need of a major renovation. The hallways were dark, the room was very dated and bleak. The bed was squeaky, the food in the restaurant was not good and it was quite noisy down the hallways. On a positive note it was close to the Airport, there were laundry facilities available and they had a free shuttle to the Airport. In my view this hotel was not even close to an 8.6 which it was rated."

"The rooms are very good, the nar and food are great and axess to the airport is close, coming from away to fly out of Melbourne the Taylors lakes is my go to for a good feed and good nights sleep."

"Clean & comfortable. Unfortunately a little noisy for our liking. Alot of doors slamming & people talking in the hallway at all hours. No food option onsite for dinner. Close enough to airport."

"Staff on entering were so friendly. The bed was so comfortable which was jist what Iweneeded when we were so exhausted. Great to have a super shower with strong water to properly clean ourselves. Excellent room set up meaning our bed wasn't close to the next cabin. Same with the toilet and shower. Very clever layouts. "

"The pub food was outstanding. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever laid on, and I've stayed at a million hotels. Yes the lobby is under repair so access to the rooms is outside at the moment and there is no functional lift at this time. If that doesn't bother you, you'll thoroughly enjoy your stay. The staff was so lovely, I couldn't have asked for a better experience"
