"The AC was great. The only thing was I didn’t get instructions on how to turn on the hot water. I couldn’t reach the controls and didn’t know there was a stool. I asked afterwards and they came up and turned the switch on and made sure it was working. Thank you for getting us our taxi to the airport. "

"Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch! Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge. At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $. Next morning I checked expedia again and found the same room with the extra bed free of charge. I went back to the front desk (different lady) who told me that she would check with the manager, and showed them the expedia note (FOC), and they refund me. I hated the check in because of the lady comments, she could have said that she would check with her manager, but not liying that any of their partners offered it for free. All the other employees were amazing, very kind and professional, they were so nice that we decided to eat all our meals at the hotel. Food was great! Thanks to all the employees, we will be back!"

"We arrived on an early flight, and got to the hotel at 6 AM. We were very tired. They gave us an early check-in in: no extra cost, and no questions asked! When you've been traveling intentionally for two days, this is a huge bonus."
