I loved it here! Very quiet, clean, so conveniently located: perfect base for your staying in Iquitos.There is a beautiful terrace full of plants at the top of the building where I had lovely breakfasts. I loved the large paintings on every wall by a local artist. Very friendly staff and most helpful, helped me arrange transport from/to airport and for my visit to CREA and Quistococha. Would definitely stay again if I came back to Iquitos

So, I left my phone in the arranged taxi. Luis quickly called the honest driver Arturo who promptly dropped it off. I was relieved and hold a new outlook on humanity. Thank you!! As for the room, it's clean, the staff, as mentioned above is awesome and very friendly. You can order off a food menu and it's delivered to your room. The free beakfast was delicious as well. All in all a great place to stop in for the night when LATAM cancels your flight.

El Jacuzzi no funciona (si lo reservan pensando en eso no lo hagan. Ruidoso, con música a las 5:30 de la mañana. Cobraron más que el importe de la reserva de hoteles.com alegando tipo de cambio. No hay ni champú, solo una pastilla de jabón. No hay secador de pelo aunque lo pidan Zona no muy bonita pero segura Por lo demás limpio y correcto

No había agua caliente. Desorganización y falta de gestión en la planificación del número de personal requerido. El señor de recepción es el único a ciertas horas a cargo de todo el hospedaje; esto llevó al siguiente incidente. Baje para retirarme y no había nadie en recepción, puesto que el encargado se encontraba haciendo limpieza en el último piso. Tuve que buscarlo por todo el hotel, perdiendo 20 minutos. Por otro lado, dejó la puerta principal, y única salida de emergencia con seguro. En caso de sismo, o incendio; no hubiera sido posible una evacuación expedita. La señal de internet no llega a todas las habitaciones.
