"It was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. "

"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying.
Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices.
On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."
"Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Getting on the Internet is an issue and on check out I was told this is always spoken about but easy to do when you know how. Maybe tell people how to when you check In."
"The location is perfect very central. Room very small but you get what you pay for. I would say anyone bigger than a 16 would really struggle to use the shower as the door positioned stupidly and have to squeeze to get in!"
"I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. I wish I could have spent my entire trip there. It is modern in regard to the bathrooms, which I love!, they have air conditioning, everything is spotless, no mold anywhere even though they are next to harbor. So welcoming. And the harbor view from the room was fantastic. Oh and my drinks and my latte in the morning were awesome too! I will make my future uk itineraries include a visit to this hotel."
"It’s quite far out of the city centre. First day the pool was out of order but then was working. All a bit dated but stay was on the whole good value for money. Breakfast was nice."
