"My parents and I really enjoyed our stay at Riwans Otel. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and located very close to the city centre. Our suite was pretty spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yacub made sure we had everything that we needed during our stay, and helped us with our questions. I highly recommend the hotel."

"The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for."
