"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Several amenities advertised by the hotel were closed, including the pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property. This was not clearly communicated ahead of time.The cleanliness was also below expectations. The room did not appear properly maintained, and housekeeping did not clean the room daily during our stay."

"Check-in was quick. The overall stay was ok for the night. We were not aware of the water issue and when I called downstairs to talk with someone they were rude and said you were told. We weren’t cause we were not there. When I went downstairs the lady at the desk was rude and had some negative comments she thought I didn’t hear. There was another gentleman there and I was asking for time on how much longer and the respect was awful. Yes I got agitated and was rude back. The rooms carpets were nasty as well as the sinks and tub. The hotel needs a lot of repairs and updates. I will not stay there again."
