10/10 Excellent
"If I could give six stars I would. We stayed over on our way to Canada and we had issues at the border on the way up and the way back and the management was beyond accommodating. We sincerely don’t know what we would have done, had they not helped us out. Just genuinely great staff and a wonderful hotel."

10/10 Excellent
"Positives: Beautiful small hotel with a great restaurant/bar in first floor and one block from the water...well maintained and big rooms. Loved it ! Restaurant staff was great and food was great. Negatives: It is in a very odd area...old buildings around...just odd... It is on the railroad tracks but with the great windows and their noise machine I never heard them. You need to work on customer service with the staff...at check in the young girl had an i don't care attitude. When I then asked about where we can walk in the area, an older girl told me to download the QR code on the window...it gave me nothing...she gave me nothing..."

"It appears when booking through Expedia that the host has more than one property available. The property we were directed to stay in was not the one we booked, but the one we booked was a few more dollars, had a nicer shower and slightly different seating setup. The unit was nice, very clean, convenient, but I would have booked the cheaper-priced unit if I’d known that’s the one I’d be staying in."
