" The overall layout is very confusing not muhch signs to indicate entrance . The map is good but the signs in parking lot are confusing. That is my inly complaint evedything else was beautiful. Beds were very comfy like clouds. The room was spotless and clean. No smells but clean laundry the bathtub huge clean and had jets . The couch folded out to a bed and even that wss comfy. Loved it and plan to stay here again and utilize all the amentities . The gym wss beautiful. Thebpools are heatdd and very clean and because multiple pools they wrre not overly crowded. Would def recommmend "

"Felt like i was being stalked by the workers i had my door knocked on 3 times in 1 day all for a problem. I never had. I said a light bulb was out. The workers randomly go around, staring at rooms, writing things on a notepad, and they'll sit there for a few minutes looking."

"Awesome property, rooms are maintain beautifully. Neat & clean. Huge Tv, good view cool vibes nice surroundings. Not able to use the pool but feels like to jump in. Property is near to all Disney parks, they do have a guide help us to book the ticket for Disney & guide us through find nearby activities. Don’t need to mention about their breakfast. Delicious hungry man special service. We enjoy our stay at the hotel. It’s not what we see from outside. Property itself is very beautiful. I give 5*. Thank you for your hospitality. I was however disappointed in the bed being so hard and there were SO many “fees!” I had secured a rate of $240/ nt x2 nights and my bill was over $900 with no food charges! Parking is $40-$60/ nt. "
