"TV did not work for the whole property throughout stay. Room was clean, but housekeeping did not do anything through the week. Pool was okay, they don't provide separate pool towels. It is nicely located within walking distance to some good restaurants and activities. "

"Disappointing. Why all the rave reviews? Some staff were great, others sullen and unhelpful. Seems like property has been taken over and is being done up with bare minimum. Some areas dilapidated. VERY noisy with the freeway, barely any sleep. Dodgy electrics in the room - lights didn't work or flickered, charging phone made it malfunction, no soap for washing hands, nowhere to hang towels (no hooks or rails anywhere in the bathroom). Lack of care for safety - blasting stairs and balcony areas with what smelled like bleach and high pressure hose with no regard for people using these areas - got sprayed twice rounding a corner. Lumpy pillows. No attention to detail. Wouldn't stay here again. "
