"So good"

"Really welcoming staff. Enjoyed the room (extremely comfortable bed!) and a few amenities. I was able to drop my bag off at the front desk and grab the shuttle to universal. They run it once in the morning and once in the evening back — so I took a short and cheap uber back when I was done at the park a bit early. I enjoyed the roof top pool (warm and clean) and had a quick and delicious dinner at the roof top restaurant (chicken wrap was so flavorful). Above and beyond expectations and highly recommend."

"Enjoyed our stay. Was a lot of people. When we arrived took a long time to check in. When we were at the pool, was swimming and because of so many people when we got out someone had taken our towels off the chairs and took the chairs. Next morning there were no available chairs at the pool to get. Everyone was gone by 7:00 am and hardly any people was there "

"I would not stay at this hotel again. The overall condition was unacceptable. There was visible mold, stains on the mirrors, and the mattresses were extremely old — the springs made noise every time we moved, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The exterior was also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep fell far below basic expectations. This experience was worse than many budget hotels I’ve stayed in. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Hotel is in need of renovation carpet nasty Furniture warped from water stains bathroom needs updated. Smelled musty hot tub out of order and it's a LONG WALK to your room we got drenched because it was raining no inside access to rooms. Hit up by timeshare salesman the minute we checked in. But the cookies were good !!!!"
