facilities (gym, jacuzzi, saunas). Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a very good deal and high quality. Very convenient location, walkable to everything."

"Very nice quiet location it at the same time close to everything. The river view room was much smaller than we expected but excellent view. We even watched people jumping off the bridge. The self laundry facility was an added bonus. But the staff are not quite familiar with buses allowed on the guest card. We were kicked off 106 and told 102-104 are the only valid buses. Something to be verified before j make plans."

"The hotel was very organized with friendly staff and a great breakfast. However, my stay was disrupted by early morning noise from the nearby staff room. I reported it to the front desk, but they said they were busy with an event. I also requested a box of tissues multiple times, but it was never delivered. While there were some positives, the service and noise issues affected my overall experience."

"Centrally located with great views of mountains and greenery. Apartments (2BR) are bigger than usual in Switzerland and comfortable with large balconies, though fridge is a tiny 100 litre for 2BR apartment! Reception staff was a mixed bag...Christian was absolutely great and very helpful, while the other guy came across as cold, perhaps judgmental, and following rules by the book (and not what's right thing to do). Location is very convenient as it is located equidistant from both Interlaken...
