"All was good except AC not working well"

"The room itself was great. Clean, no bugs, hot water. However, after our first day out in the national park we come back to our room and find it under construction. Walls were torn down, nails exposed and our things displaced. Luckily we were able to contact the front office and move to a different room. But there was no notification via phone or email that this would be happening during our stay. Hopefully this was just a one-off event, but sharing our experience."
