"There is no local number to call the hotel directly, so this review is less about interaction with actual hotel staff and more about Wyndham staff. You can only connect with Wyndham staff for any questions about this hotel. I called twice and twice was told there was no shuttle from the ferry terminal or the airport for this hotel. After engaging an Uber from the ferry terminal, we pulled up to the hotel at the same time as the hotel's shuttle from the ferry. There are some maintenance issues with this hotel, the toilet in my room was not secured to the floor properly and wobbled quite a bit. A wrapped soap had been dropped in the toilet and left there. The towel/soap wrap left on the tub was damp, which made me wonder if it had been used for something or just put down too quickly before the tub was dry. The staff are trying, but it doesn't look like Wyndham is giving them much help."

"This is a very clean hotel and the staff is friendly. I stayed on the top floor and it was quiet and safe. It is also walkable to multiple shops and restaurants. "

"This property is our go to location when visiting family in Juneau. The rooms are clean and conveniently located to Fred Meyer and Safeway and the airport. Just a short drive to downtown in one direction and to the Valley and Auke Bay in the other direction. We’ve never been concerned with safety and there is sufficient parking close to the entrance. "

"Need an airport shuttle! Quiet, especially the back corner room. Good breakfast but not included. Nice to have room cleaned every day!"

"My husband and I stayed three nights and our stay was very nice. Great staff, helpful always with a sense of humor. The location of the hotel, close to historic downtown and on the waterfront was very handy. We could walk to go shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay here again😊"

"Christine was WONDERFUL! She helped us store our bags before our rooms were ready and was so friendly. The next morning the woman working the desk was an absolute nightmare. She was so rude and made us feel shameful that we didn’t pre-book a taxi. She didn’t stop at just one insult-she just kept them coming. As a person who manages a team in the hospitality industry I would be so embarrassed if any of my staff ever treated a guest with such disrespect. "
