"Started off bumpy with location not able to find my reservations. I came in really late with my husband and son and staff was patient enough to put us away for the night until my issue could be addressed with management the next day. Location is perfect near a park where kiddo could play, walking distance to train station and the terrace room offered a beautiful view of the properties additional amenities such as restaurant, put-put, and outdoor entertainment. The breakfast offered is amazing. Will definitely visit again."

"Honestly, I did not like my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, and the front desk staff were super rude , especially the man handling check-outs this morning. The parking garage was also very dirty, and on top of that they charge $18 per day for a super nasty parking garage. I honestly would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"During this visit, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Maintenance fixed it more than once, but the issue kept coming back. I’ve always considered this hotel a good place to stay, which made this experience disappointing. I checked out a day early. What disappointed me most was that despite the inconvenience, the hotel didn’t offer any partial refund or compensation. Problems happen, but customer service and making things right should be a priority."
