"The location and the property was perfect.
The check in process was the WORST EVER! They never sent us the check-in link which was noted in the confirmation that I would receive within 24 hours of our stay. At about noon of our Check-in date, I still had not received it.
It took about 6 phone calls to the property, two calls to Expedia and three hours later (after check-in time to be able to get the link and check in.
