Fabulous property in Seefeld. The luckiest part of our stay was to discover the apartment right across the street from the ÖBB train line for easy travel north or south. Apartment was flawless, with all the amenities. I highly recommend.

We stayed at the "A-VITA Living" building, the newer one. Apartment 12, very large apartment with enough space for everybody. Easy access indoor parking (equipped even with the chargers for the electric vehicles) Very centric location, just a few minutes walk from all the downtown restaurants and bars. The apartments are new, contemporary design, kind of glam look. While the all glass bathroom might look great, I admit it may not be for everybody due to the limited privacy.

What a wonderful location. The property was spacious and very clean. Checkin was wonderful and parking is available. Local restaurants, grocery and hiking trails all within a quick walking distance. We will stay here again.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem hellen, mit grosszügig ausgestatteten, orginellen Räumen eingemietet. Das Ambiente im in den Zimmern,Treppenhaus, wie im Sauna- / Ruheraum ist aussergewöhnlich. Die Appartementsführung und das Personal haben eine Freundlich- und Aufmerksamkeit gezeigt, welche überzeugend und ehrlich zu uns herüber kam. Wir hatten Freunden, welche in Seefeld selbst eine neue Wohnung besitzen, das Appartement gezeigt: "Für unsere Kollegen steht fest, dass sie Ihren Freunden und Familienmitgliedern diese Appartementmöglichkeit jederzeit wärmsten empfehlen werden." Einfach empfehlenswert. Wir haben gleich wieder im Dezember gebucht.

Great Stay

From the start everything was great. Check in was easy and we were shown around the building and everything that we had access to. We had underground parking which was such a surprise. The apartment was clean and very roomy. The apartment was very clean and we had all kinds of room. It was great to be able to sit on the deck and view the mountains. Couldn’t be happier. Amazing apartments.

Very neat and clean place. Station just opposite the apartment. Just a few steps away . Bathrooms are very big and nice. Apartment is newly bulit. Car parking is available free at the premises. Has lift. I would highly recommend this apartment. Has two rooms with 4 beds. Common bathroom. Many flats in same building.

Schöne Tage im A-Vita Seefeld

Grosszügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Balkon mit super Aussicht auf die Berge. Kommen gerne wieder, da wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Auch das kostenlose Parken in der Tiefgarage ist als positiv zu sehen.

Got to the Hotel. It was not a hotel it was an apartment building. It was not a HOTEL, NO OFFICE. Just a closed up place. We had to find a hotel and PAY AGAIN.

Mycket fint lägenhetshotell

Seefeld är ett mycket fint område för längdskidåkning. Fantastiskt spårsystem med bra spårkvalitet. Finns också flera olika Gasthaus där man kan göra trevliga lunchstopp under sina skidturer. Hotellet A-VITA Viktoria Residenzen är ett väldigt fint lägenhetshotell, det bästa som vi har bott på. Bra läge och nära till både skidspår och affärer. Vi kommer definitivt att boka detta hotell igen när vi återvänder till Seefeld.

Apartments für gehobene Ansprüche

Da die meisten Apartments bereits verkauft sind, findet kaum mehr ein regelmäßiger Vermietungsbetrieb statt, somit ist es in der Anlage sehr ruhig. Von der Rezeptionsangestellten wurden wir schon vor dem Eingang persönlich begrüßt. Das geräumige, luxuriöse Apartment hat uns sofort sehr gut gefallen. In den 4 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes wurde es uns und den Kindern nie langweilig, da Seefeld zu jeder Jahreszeit für jeden etwas zu bieten hat: Skifahren, Schwimmen, Tennis, Golf, Minigolf, Kino, Einkaufen usw.
