"Superb location and very welcoming "

"A great hotel in a great location. Beautifully situated overlooking the small village of Schröken, with beautiful valley and mountain views, with a very welcoming and kind staff. The only negative I can think of was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving furniture."

"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. The food is nice, the bar area is lovely. Half board is usually on offer for a stay, which includes a multi-course evening meal. All in all, it’s a reliably good hotel."

"I had an issue with my booking, but the hotel team (especially Elisabeth) dealt with it perfectly - they were all very friendly and helpful. They ensured I had a great stay. The restaurant & well being facilities were fantastic and the hotel is perfectly situated for hikes and the bus which connects to Vaduz."

"What a wonderful property! It’s small, but very well done with a homey atmosphere that manages to also feel modern with the self check in and honor bar. Breakfast was delicious and options were plentiful with wonderful pastries, meats, cheeses, coffees and teas and a hostess to make your eggs as you like. This was just the feeling I was looking for when I booked. Our room was well appointed and had the best view from the balcony. I was a little worried about the lack of A/C, but with the doors to the balcony and the windows that opened to the mountain air, even my picky city teens were comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it was a memorable one. "

"Great property great location. Make reservation reservation early same day is challenging with european self check in. It is slow real slow first time with different hotel made reservation at 1400 dident get checkin codes until 2340. Lucky this time another renter showed us ho to get in. Got check in instructions an hour later. Wont use self check in for same day reservation again didntreal slo"
