"This was my first stay in Australia and I interacted with three different staff at the front desk. Each one was super friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience with this hotel and all of their staff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Very handy for us. Lovely older building set in a lovely area, quiet and convenient. The bed was comfortable and the set up was fine, though the 2 TVs were a bit odd. A blind or window covering in the bathroom would have been nice, even though the glass was frosted, it felt pretty exposed. We would recommend it though."
